The GRP credential reflects dedication to having an exceptional understanding of sustainability issues regarding green risks and how green risks impact insurers and the claim process and agrees to be held to professional and ethical standards. The GRP agrees to uphold high standards in their daily professional activities and recognize that the green movement in the United States is an evolving event and requires an interest and stake in it to remain informed as to the latest construction sciences, designs, and products as they relate and impact both the construction and insurance industries.
Meth Lab and Bio Hazard Clean Up
Advanced Restoration DKI is certified and experienced in cleaning biohazard as well as met amphetamine labs, in the most appropriate manner and required per detailed standards. U.S. Senate approved legislation to help communities clean up by voting on H.R. 365.
Lead Abatement
Advanced Restoration DKI is Lead Safe Certified.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulates, effective April 2010, all companies to have trained and certified lead-safe staff before performing paint-disturbing work in pre-1978 dwellings and child-occupied facilities. Advanced Restoration DKI is one of those companies certified to do safe lead procedures.
